Consider the first time is a fluke. Then the second one starts to resemble a pattern. We’ll see where this goes. For the time being, I’m enjoying putting these together.
This week, a quick work trip to Boston. Out on Tuesday, back on Friday. No time to acclimatise. Just roll from one sleepless night to another. And then spend the weekend recovering. It’s a glamorous life.
Anyway, in lieu of anything more nuanced this week, let’s get straight into the jobs.
Jobs.
Europe
Multiverse is looking for a strategy analyst and a financial analyst. Both roles are 4-6 month contracts in London. Claire is looking for personal recommendations from her network only. Applications with CV to liz.penemo@multiverse.io.
Continuing the tour of places I used to work, startup-university the London Interdisciplinary School would like a Recruitment Officer in London. Some very clear KPIs in this job description. Salary is £31,775 a year.
Causaly is on the hunt for two Product Lead roles in London. One focused on New Products and the other around Private Data. Both roles are senior IC positions in the Product team. Bonus points if you’ve worked in life sciences before.
Perlego is looking for a Product Manager in London. You will need 3+ years of experience for this one. They would like someone with a “hands-on” and “sleeves-rolled-up” mentality. Do brains have arms and hands? I'm not sure. Got to admire the use of metaphor though. The salary for this role is £64,000 + share options.
Code Institute would like a Community Content and Engagement Coordinator. Try explaining that job title over the holidays and let me know how you get on. You can be in Dublin or remote in Ireland. But you’ll need at least 2 years of experience in content creation for this one.
Bots & People is hiring for a Senior Learning Consultant in Berlin. They would like someone with 3+ years of experience in management consulting. Every startup is eventually run by ex-consultants. So it goes.
North America
BibliU is after a remote Project Manager. They would like someone with 2-4 years of experience, ideally in a startup or a scaleup. Salary for this one is $85k to $95k a year and you get 35 days of holiday a year. The job ad says that is not a typo. That last sentence is also not a typo.
Khan Academy would like a Senior User Researcher in Mountain View. The salary for this one is between $81,819 and $122,728, which is very specific.
Zen Educate is on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager in Vancouver. Salary is $60k to $75k for this one. They also are hiring in LA for a similar role.
Pluralsight is hiring for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The role is remote and pays between $144k and $160k.
